Furia Law LLC · Effective September 23, 2026

Furia Law LLC (“Furia Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, fill out one of our online forms (including forms in Facebook and Instagram ads), schedule a call with us, or otherwise contact us. It also explains how we use and share that information and the choices you have.

Contacting us does not make you our client. Submitting a form, scheduling a call, or sending us information does not create an attorney-client relationship. We represent someone only after we both sign a written engagement agreement. Until then, please do not send us confidential or sensitive information beyond what our forms ask for.

1. Who we are

Furia Law LLC is a law firm with its principal office at 880 Third Avenue, Fifth Floor, New York, NY 10022. You can reach us at 646-830-1915 or furiap@furiafirm.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and state of residence
  • Your answers to our screening questions, such as whether you bought a particular product, where and when you bought it, what proof of purchase you have, and whether you still have the product
  • Documents or photos you choose to send us, such as receipts, order confirmations, or pictures of a product
  • Anything else you tell us by phone, email, text message, or video call

Information from advertising platforms. When you fill out a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. may prefill some fields (for example, your name, email, and phone number) from your profile. You can review and edit that information before you submit. Meta sends us what you submit. Meta’s own use of your information is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Scheduling information. If you book a call through our Calendly scheduling page, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you choose, and any answers you give on the booking page, and shares them with us. Calendly’s handling of your information is governed by Calendly’s Privacy Notice.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information may be collected through cookies or similar technologies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies.

3. How we use your information

  • To evaluate whether you may have a legal claim and whether we can help you
  • To contact you about your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, and follow up with you
  • To investigate potential claims, including cases on behalf of a group of consumers (class actions)
  • If you become a client, to represent you
  • To tell you about other investigations or cases that may affect you, if you have agreed to hear from us about them
  • To run and improve our website and advertising, including measuring how well our ads perform
  • To meet our legal and professional obligations, including attorney advertising and record-keeping rules

4. How we contact you

By submitting a form or scheduling a call, you agree that Furia Law may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message, or email at the contact information you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking “unsubscribe” in an email, or telling us you no longer wish to be contacted. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as advertising platforms (Meta), scheduling (Calendly), email, phone, document storage, and website hosting providers. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Co-counsel and experts. We may share your information with other lawyers or law firms we work with on a matter, and with consultants or experts we retain, to evaluate or pursue a claim.
  • Courts and parties to litigation. If you become a client or class representative, some of your information may be disclosed in court filings or in the course of litigation, as the law requires or permits.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights or the rights of others.
  • Business transfers. If Furia Law merges with or transfers its practice to another firm, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to our professional obligations.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above. That includes evaluating your inquiry and any related case, and meeting the record-retention requirements that apply to law firms and attorney advertising. If we do not represent you, we will generally delete or de-identify your inquiry information within a reasonable time after we decide not to pursue a matter, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.

7. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and secure, password-protected systems. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or professional reasons
  • Stop contacting you

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. To make a request, email furiap@furiafirm.com or call 646-830-1915. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Children

Our website and forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian contacts us about a product their child used, we collect information from the parent or guardian, not from the child. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

Our website, ads, and forms may link to other websites, such as government recall notices or Calendly. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
